General Admission – Theater Tickets

Tickets for the in-theater screenings at the Hollywood Theatre and Clinton St. Theater, June 11-15, including all 10 feature films and 60 short films, plus on-stage Q&As with visiting filmmakers and guests. Streaming passes will also be available for streaming a limited selection of shorts and features on Eventive.org. Check back in about a day for more info.


OPENING NIGHT!
ALMA & THE WOLF with Special Guest Ethan Embry + Short horror films

WED, JUNE 11th, 6:30-10:30pm

Opening night of our 10th Anniversary festival with Ethan Embry (The Devil’s Candy, Late Phases, Freakylinks) in attendance! See the PNW Premiere of the Oregon-filmed shocker, ALMA & THE WOLF, starring Ethan Embry and Li Jun Li (Sinners), directed by Michael Patrick Jann (Organ Trail, Drop Dead Gorgeous), PLUS a full block of some of the year’s best short films!

  • 6:30 pm: PNW Premiere of ALMA & THE WOLF + Q&A w/Special Guest Ethan Embry
    Set on the Oregon coast, troubled police officer Ren Accord investigates a mysterious wolf attack. Lead actor Ethan Embry in attendance for Q&A!

    Our opening night shorts block is a full-sized sampler platter to whet your appetite for kills, thrills, monsters, and mayhem! Some of the year’s best shorts are on display followed by Q&A with visiting filmmakers.

Short Horrors + It Needs Eyes (US Premiere)

THU, JUNE 12th, 6:30-10:30pm

Night 2 of PHFF! See the US Premiere of IT NEEDS EYES from Zack Ogle & Aaron Pagniano (“We Got a Monkey’s Paw” & SUNSET ON THE RIVER STYX). This is a must-see for fans of I Saw the TV GlowVideodrome, or Ringu. Start off the night with a full block of bloody and terrifying short films!

    Suffering from a traumatic event, teenager Rowan drowns out the noise with increasingly bizarre, violent internet content.

    Rowdy, raunchy, raucous (and sometimes artsy) shorts bring the murder and mayhem (and fun!). Don’t miss “Frankenbabes From Beyond the Grave” by Andrew Bowser (Onyx the Fortuitous & The Talisman of Souls)

ALL DAY Horror Marathon ft. Women in Horror

SAT, JUNE 14th, Noon-9:30pm
Clinton St. Theater – 2525 SE Clinton St.

Join us for our big Saturday Horror Extravaganza with THREE feature films and two massive blocks of short films from around the world! The first part of the day spotlights features and short films by international women directors!

  • 12 pm PNW Premiere Feature: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE – a modern LGBTQ vampire tale directed by Rose Trimboli (in attendance)
  • 1:40 pm Women in Horror Short Films w/Q&A
  • 3:30 pm PNW Premiere Feature: MALDOROR – A black and white Lynchian nightmare, dir. by LP Behbahani
  • 5:15 pm Short Horror Films block 4 w/Q&A
  • 7:15 pm PNW Feature: STRAIGHT ON TILL MORNING – a breathless and bloody Queer Horror slasher, dir. by Craig Ouellette
  • 9:30 pm After Party at Dots Cafe! (drink specials, great food!) Get a team together and compete in the Horror Movie Greenlight Pitch with The Scariest Things Podcast!

Closing Day Horrors + Shorts Gone Wild!

The Final day of horrors is 3×3! THREE short film blocks round out our ginormous 2025 short film offerings, and THREE feature films. End the night with our notorious SHORTS GONE WILD block to cap off the weekend in the most wacky, bloody, hilarious way possible!

  • 12:00 pm World Premiere feature: The Sinister Cinema Story, a documentary about the cult horror movie distributor right here in Oregon, introduced by Jack Perez.
  • 1:00 pm Short Horror Films block 5 w/Q&A
  • 2:40 pm Shorts + PNW Premiere feature: Dooba Dooba, experimental analog horror, dir. by Ehrland Hollingsworth
  • 5:00 pm Short Horror Films block 6 w/Q&A
  • 6:40 pm US Premiere Feature: Tokyo Strange Tale (JP), ghostly J-Horror dir. by Koichi Ueno
  • 8:45 pm Shorts Gone Wild! Our infamous festival-ending block of the most wacky, bloody, hilarious short films
