“Performance Anxiety” is the directorial debut for Trey Anderson, who wrote the script as well. His film heroes include Sam Raimi, Robert Townsend, and Bugs Bunny. At home in Long Beach, Trey loves wrestling with his 18 month old son, watching the NBA while whispering, “that coulda been me” under his breath, and dominating the trivia portion of family game night.
