Writer, Director, Producer – “Behold & Hear”

Malcolm Desoto began working as a commercial and documentary filmmaker but always had an appreciation for narrative filmmaking and the horror genre. Growing up in the densely-wooded Pacific Northwest provided the perfect mysterious backdrop to envision a wealth of macabre stories. After working on several shorts and narrative films as a Cinematographer and Editor, he began writing his debut short film in 2025 with his brother and co-director Ray DeSoto.
